Our district adheres to Board Policy 5145.13, which ensures that:

• Non-discrimination: We celebrate the diversity of our students and provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all, regardless of immigration status, race, religion, or any other factor.
• Safe School Environment: In the absence of a judicial warrant or court order, the law generally prohibits schools from voluntarily granting access to campus by immigration enforcement officers.
• Confidentiality of Student Information: Alvord Unified School District does not collect or share information related to a student’s or their family members’ immigration or citizenship status.
