Employee Assistance Programs

All AUSD medical plans provide mental health coverage. In addition, ALL AUSD employees and their family members, regardless of benefit eligibility, are eligible for no-cost mental health and life resources through the District’s Employee Assistanct Programs. These programs offer a variety of services for free, such as:

  • Mental health services such as counsling and therapy – including virtual options
  • Legal and financial counseling
  • Assistance with child or elder care
  • Assistance with ID recovery
  • General wellness resources

Calm App

Calm is an award-winning app for guided meditation, relaxation and sleep. The Calm app includes tools such as:

  • Masterclasses taught by world-renowned experts

  • Music tracks designed to promote focus, relaxation, and sleep
  • 100+ guided meditations that cover anxiety, stress, gratitude, and much more
  • Daily meditations and movement sessions
  • Sleep stories for adults and children
