Creating the work order will simply require you to answer the questions when prompted.
*Please include the serial numbers for the devices when available.
The last step will provide space to describe the issue, provide location and room details and will allow for adding additional user notifications.
Finally, before submitting the ticket, you can attach a supporting file.
From your landing page, you can see active tickets, assets that have been worked on and a knowledge base for any questions. Some of the features on your landing page are already active and others will become active as the implementation ramps up.
